What is the Website Hotline?

Submit your website or Squarespace question before 25 May 5 pm Sydney time, and I'll personally answer it on the 25th and 26th. Your response will be published on a private page accessible only to registered users and sent to you in a private email. Real answers, from a real human, not a template, not Claude.

You don't need to book a designer. You just need an answer.

Not every website problem needs a designer, an hour or a full-day project. Sometimes we just get caught in our heads. We get stuck on one thing, and by asking the person, what seemed big can be answered in 5 minutes.

Questions like:

"People visit my website but no one gets in touch. What's going wrong?"

"Do I actually need more pages, or is my one page the problem?"

"How do I get to show my website in Google?"

"I built my site myself and I'm not sure if it has the right structure."

"What should I fix first if I only have a weekend to work on it?"

That's what the Hotline is for. Ask the question you've been sitting on, and get a straight, practical answer you can do something with. And if your website is on Squarespace, I can show you exactly how to fix it, step by step.

And even if you don't submit a question, sign up anyway. All questions and answers are fully anonymised and published together, so you'll almost certainly spot something that applies to your own site.

I'm the Squarespace Expert and SEO Accredited Consultant behind Pink Fig Creative. I've spent 7+ years building and optimising websites for service-based businesses, and I have a graphic design and IT background. I think in systems. I explain things in plain English (to be fair, I don’t know another way, since English is my second language).
