By purchasing a template via Pink Fig Creative, you agree, understand and are considered legally bound to these terms.
Do not resell the design or claim the design as your own.
Do not share the template, graphics, files or any design elements provided with your purchase to anyone else.
Do not reproduce or alter any part of your purchase for distribution of your own work.
Agree that your completed website design may be used in Pink Fig Creative’s website www.pinkfigcreative.com.au or on our social media for promotional purposes.
Squarespace Website Templates:
Each Website Template purchase is to be strictly used for one project/website only - (1 Pink Fig Creative Squarespace Template purchase = 1 Website).
Pink Fig Creative owns the property rights to all designs and files. Images used in the templates are sourced from a stock website and are for demonstration purposes only. You must source your own images to be included in your website.
Templates may be used for your personal use or use in your business for non-commercial purposes.
Templates may be used for a client but with credit back to Pink Fig Creative.
Refund Policy
As Pink Fig Creative products are digital, refunds will not be issued after placement of orders. Please be sure to review the template demos and features, the FAQs and program requirements prior to purchasing. For any assistance with downloads or for any template specific question, please contact Pink Fig Creative at hello@pinkfigcreative.com.au within 30 days for assistance.
Template Support Policy
Pink Fig Creative are happy to provide you with ongoing support relating to the template installation or downloads Our instructional video is constantly growing and will continue to provide you with access to these to further support your website creation.
Squarespace Subscription Not Included
You will need a Squarespace Business Plan or above to use Pink Fig Creative templates. Please read each template description carefully to see what is needed for that particular template. Contact us if you need clarification.

A template download is only valid for Six (6) months from date of purchase.
Once a template has been downloaded, you must launch your website within this six month period. An attempt to use the download after six months will result in the inability to use the template. A new download/purchase will need to be made.
Tracking and Targeting Policy
